He was named Allison. He joined the special beast hunter "Beast" and succeeded in becoming one of the 3 commanders because of his experience in overcoming wild beasts. Allison was better known by his colleagues and troops as "Storm", because of his expertise in mastering 2 natural elements (lightning & wind ) .He can be called the most friendly commander among the 2 other commanders.
